We are a privately billing service where medicare rebates cover part of our fees.

Total out of pocket expense will vary depending on the length and type of consult.

We use Healthengine's secure booking and payments system.

At the time of booking via Healthengine, fees for appointment types and the associated medicare rebate will be displayed prior to confirming your booking.

How is payment made?

​

Payment by card is taken by Dr Graziotti at the conclusion of your appointment

and we send the account sent to medicare on your behalf.

The medicare rebate will be deposited in your medicare linked account within 48hrs. 

Patients not eligible for medicare are required to pay the full fee.
